Description
In the Pantanal most of the hunting activities of jaguars happen along watercourses. The feline is an ambush hunter. They get in and out of the water silently, looking for preys. When one is found, they cautiously approach it in silence. When the distance permits, they burst onto the prey. The most common preys are caimans and capybaras.
