Description
Itatiaia National Park, Brazil. In the early morning, a Black-horned Capuchin (Sapajus nigritus) carries her baby on her back as she moves from tree to tree in the shaded understory of the Atlantic Rain Forest. In the background, the face of a distant mountain glows under the first golden light of the day. The park protects an important remnant of this once vast biome.
