Divine Winter Wonderland

Godafoss is one of my favorite waterfalls I’ve photographed. I knew I was in for an epic shot but had no idea of the challenge that lay ahead! Almost thirty degrees below 0 and in fading light, my fingers were close to frostbite and the eyelashes were icing! I took the shot but had no time to review. After emptying steaming hot water onto my hands, I finally packed my gear and made the way back to more habitable conditions. Will never forget this day.
