It was an early morning in the Maasai Mara, one of those safaris where the air is still cool and full of promise. We were searching for a male lion, scanning the vast valleys as the first light slowly spilled across the land.
Then, unexpectedly, my attention was drawn elsewhere. A lone topi climbed onto a termite mound, standing tall against the awakening horizon. I focused my lens on him, drawn by the quiet confidence in his posture. Moments later, another topi joined him—perfectly timed, perfectly placed. As if they knew. Both posed, turning a simple moment into something extraordinary.
